Ninja Squad
The Ninja Squad program combines the coordination of gymnastics, the strength and agility of obstacle training, and the creativity of freestyle movement to create a unique and challenging experience. Children progress at their own pace, allowing them to shape their own journey and develop not only athletic skills, but also confidence, coordination, and strength. This program is open to children of all ages and genders and encourages individual advancement within a defined and collaborative structure.
Ninja Squad Equipment
- 30-foot ninja truss system
- 12-foot warped wall
- Ninja ramps and blocks
- trampolines and tumble track
- bars, rings, and other gymnastics equipment
Skills Learned in Ninja Squad Classes
- techniques for traversing across handholds
- traversing across blocks on foot
- techniques for running up the warped wall
- overcoming fears
- goal-setting
- handstands and flipping
Ninja Squad Class Information
- athletic clothing (nothing that will restrict movement, like jeans)
- hair longer than shoulder-length pulled up
- no jewelry or dangling earrings (posts are okay)
- clean athletic shoes (shoes not required)
- no gum
MGA Showcase Competitions
At MGA we host seasonal in-gym showcase competitions, where students get to show off what they've been learning in class and get a chance to compete for awards!
