Bronze Girls Gymnastics

Our Bronze Girls Gymnastics program offers accelerated learning for intermediate to advanced level girls. These classes are two hours long and cover the same four events - bars, beam, floor, and vault - as well as flexibility and strength training. This program is suitable for girls of all ages and is ideal for parents who want their child to have a longer class duration and more time to develop new skills and routines. Girls in the Bronze program will also have the opportunity to perform in our in gym showcase competitions.

Bronze Girls Gymnastics Equipment

  • Uneven Bars

  • Balance Beam

  • Floor (spring floor)

  • Vault (stacked mats or resi pit with a spring board at this level)

  • trampolines, foam block pits, mats and lots of other equipment to assist with learning

Skills Learned in Bronze Classes

  • USA Gymnastics JO level 2 and 3 routines on all events

  • proper gymnastics fundamentals and techniques

  • accelerated flexibility training

  • accelerated strength training

  • overcoming fears and goal-setting skills

  • discipline and proper social skills

  • treating others with kindness and respect

Bonze Girls Gymnastics Class Information

Class Length: 2 hours
Cost: Starting at $130/mo* (click menu below for all pricing options)
Attire:

  • MGA leotard and shorts

  • palm grips for bars

  • MGA warm-up jacket and pants

  • no jewelry or dangling earrings (posts are okay)

  • no shoes (sock are okay)

  • no gum

MGA Showcase Competitions

At MGA we host seasonal in-gym showcase competitions, where students get to show off what they've been learning in class and get a chance to compete for awards! Each competition has a special theme and is designed to be a fun and positive experience for students.
