We offer Girls Gymnastics/Sports Camp and Boys Gymnastics/Sports Camp. Camps run weekly Monday - Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Extended hours from 7:30am - 5:30pm are available for an additional $10 per day. Days of camp will be available for the current week of camp.

The Same Friendly Gym for Over 50 Years

In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio in Bowie, Maryland. Today, we still have that small center feeling with our location here in Florida and our current center in Washington DC, we just have a few more students than we used to. Family values are as important to us today as as they were back then. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for kids.
