This fast moving and fun workshop is designed for adults and children that wish to learn about drills, skill and lead ups for beginning to advanced tumbling. Coach Brian Shrewsbury and Kellen Tichenor have a combined 30 years of gymnastics experience and have much to share in this 1 hour workshop. We will discuss and demonstrate skills with experienced gymnasts, as well as Kellen Tichenor will demonstrate skills himself as well as safe spotting techniques. This will be an action packed hour of fun and learning.
