This camp is for boys and girls of all ages and levels of experience. Children do a variety of sports-related activities such as frisbee, dodgeball, indoor soccer, indoor volleyball, gymnastics, trampoline, obstacle courses, and more! This camp gives children healthy activities to improve coordination, strength, and endurance! Camp runs Mondafor 6 weeks during the summer:



Week 1: June 15-19 Week 2: June 22-26 Week 3: July 6-10

Week 4: July 13-17 Week 5: August 3-7 Week 6: August 10-14



Weekly Prices

Full Day(9am-4pm)ﾠﾠ $199 Half Day (9am-12pm or1-4pm)ﾠ $120

Extended Day (8am-6pm) $250 Depositsﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠﾠ $75/wk.

In 1964, our family started a small gymnastics and dance studio outside of Washington D.C. Today, we still have that same small-center feeling with two locations; one in Upper Marlboro, MD and another in Apopka, Florida. Family values are as important to us today as they were back then, we just have a few more students than we used to. It’s important to us to always put our students first and to have a gym that is a positive learning place for everyone.
