The Ninja Squad program combines the coordination of gymnastics, the strength and agility of obstacle training, and the creativity of freestyle movement to create a unique and challenging experience. Children progress at their own pace, allowing them to shape their own journey and develop not only athletic skills, but also confidence, coordination, and strength. This program is open to children of all ages and genders and encourages individual advancement within a defined and collaborative structure.

• 30-foot ninja truss system
• 12-foot warped wall
• Ninja ramps and blocks
• trampolines and 40-foot tumble track
• in-ground foam block pits
• bars, rings, and other gymnastics equipment

Skills Learned in Ninja Classes:

• techniques for traversing across handholds
• traversing across blocks on foot
• techniques for running up the warped wall
• overcoming fears
• goal-setting
• handstands and flipping
