MGA, a Christian family-owned business, began in 1964 as a small gymnastics and dance studio near Washington, D.C. Today, with God's grace, we maintain the same warm, welcoming atmosphere at our two locations in Upper Marlboro, MD, and Apopka, FL. GYMNASTICS INSTRUCTION FOR GIRLS AND BOYS

PRE-SCHOOL

Come and join us with your 2-3-year-old! Together, we'll explore fun activities on different equipment, learning balance, coordination, and making friends. You'll both have a blast on our exciting gymnastics circuits!

GIRLS

From girls just beginning their gymnastics journey to advanced gymnasts, at MGA we offer fun and positive instruction in a loving and constructive environment to guide your child every step of the way.

BOYS

At MGA, we offer quality gymnastics classes for boys of all ages and skill levels. Our boys get quality instruction in a safe environment that fosters positive values and learning.

In-Gym Competitions

At MGA, we organize exciting in-gym competitions for our young athletes! These events provide them with goals to strive for, offer valuable experience in the world of competition, and present opportunities for them to advance to the next level. Beginning to advanced Tumbling

Elevate your cheer tumbling game with MGA's Cheer Tumbling classes! Tailored specifically for current and aspiring cheerleaders, these classes focus on mastering essential skills on the spring floor. Whether you're a girl or a boy, beginner or advanced, our program is geared towards equipping you with the techniques needed to take your tumbling to new heights!

Cheer Team

Learn advanced-level tumbling skills! Students must have mastered a back handspring on spring floor to advance to this level. Class teaches front and back tumbling, standing tumbling, and bounding tumbling utilizing spring floor, trampoline, tumble track and rod floor, in addition to other mats and equipment. This class is for boys and girls of all ages.

Ninja Obstacle Course Classes

In our MGA Ninja classes, boys and girls embark on an adventure where they develop coordination, strength, and agility through a unique fusion of obstacle courses, gymnastics, and fitness training. With hanging obstacles, jumping challenges, and an exciting 12-foot warped wall, our courses are designed to ignite the ninja spirit within. Join us for an exhilarating experience where participants learn to hone physical skills and perseverance in a fun and supportive environment.
